I finally did it!!! Thank you to mfp and whoever put up some inspirational sayings on this site!
I have been at it for 8 months. Feeling so much better!! I can stay where I am at or loose another 10.
I have got to do some maintaining in the near future.

Congrats to you! Achieving a goal you have set for yourself is amazing! How much did you lose? Even though you may want to lose 10 more pounds, it might be a good idea to try and maintain for a while and then a ways down the road see if you still want to lose the 10 pounds. Maintaining is a lot like losing, so it will still need a daily commitment in order to do it.0

Now that you reached your goal, the best way to maintain is to not go back to what you did to get to the place you were 8 months ago.
Only lose the extra 10 if you want to do it. You can continue doing what you're doing and it will fall of naturally!0 -

I use the mobile app most of the time. Been at my goal weight for almost 3 years now. Keeps me honest plus I don't forget to log as often since I can do it right after eating.
Stick to what you have learned on this weight loss journey. Your new eating habits will help you maintain. Remember, it's not a diet, it's a like style change.0 -

Wonderful! I am so looking forward to the day when I can say the same! I also want to lose 35 pounds. I'm down about 15lbs now after 2 months. Did it take a long time to lose the last 5 or 10 lbs? I have only lost 1.5 lbs in two weeks, so my loss is definitely slowing down.0

Not sure what kind of ideas you're looking for.
Continue to set goals for yourself to help you stay focused. Make these fitness goals instead of weight loss ones. Or beating the statistics of over half will regain what they lost within a year. etc.
Goals helps.
