I have visited at least five different sites and none of them really answer this question. And if any of you have a "must-have" resource for the ketogenic diet I would love it! I will pay you with mental hugs

Thank you! The second link actually said net carbs.0

There are a couple of low carb groups that may have more info for you0

Working out net carbs sounds too confusing and imo leaves too much room for error. Especially if you live in another country who's labels differ from the U.S0

Take a look at the Launch Pad of the Low Carber Daily Forum MFP group: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/394-low-carber-daily-forum-the-lcd-group. There are lots of resources listed there. Also take a look at the keto group: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/1143-keto
Phinney and Volek in The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Eating say most people need to be under 50 g total carbs a day for nutritional ketosis, so that's what I strive for as a daily maximum (usually I am much lower than that). Some people may need to eat fewer carbs to maintain ketosis, some people can eat up to 100 g carbs/day and maintain ketosis, however.0
