Hi.I'm doing the 5:2 diet. If anyone has any recipes that are under 500 cals for my fast days,I'd appreciate it. Thank you x

I eat alot of raw veggies and eggwhites on fast days. I dont generally eat only one meal....I graze all day.

Not sure what the 5:2 diet is, but I love this recipe! Tweeked it a little by adding extra veggies, sautéing the chicken with canola spray and the veggies in a little broth.
