    That is how happy and healthy you will look on day five . . . then the plan ends and you have to go back to Poptarts, Hot Pockets, and Jolly Ranchers for all your nutrients.

    Aren't they one and the same? I thought Shakeology was sold under the wider "Beachbody" umbrella.

    Anyway, OP - hopefully you see that MFP isn't a fully stocked pond for you to fish in and "free 5 day challenges" get the respect they deserve.
