SF Pudding made with skim milk (how much you use will influence your calories, I used half cup and had plenty)
Strawberries (3/4 c.) Sweetened with splenda
Top with squirts of light whipped cream...

Yummmy!

    I like to use slices of pound cake, layers of fresh stiffly-whipped cream (with a touch of vanilla), and tons of fresh, naturally sweet strawberries.

    Pudding sounds like a decent addition to that.

    Yes it is. I did something similar with two madeleines... I just added a couple tablespoons of vanilla pudding (not the sugar free stuff), strawberries and whipped cream, it was fantastic.
