Successes/struggles this week: With TOM, Easter and 10 year anniversary celebrations, I'm actually surprised I lost anything this week. I never missed a workout and actually did an extra one on Saturday. This next week is back to healthy eating and attempting to portion out the Easter candy.

MONTHLY THEME: Consolidation - After 84 days of hard core dedication to calorie restriction and exercise militancy I'm giving myself a plateau month before my body does it for me. A gentle easier month with only a small loss as the goal but continuing on with my positive attitude towards this journey.

    Start Weight (1st April): 220.4
    Goal Weight (1st May): 215.0

    1st April: 220.4
    8th April: 218.2

    29th April:
    1st May:

    Weight lost/gained this week: 2.2
    Weight lost/gained this month: 2.2

Successes/struggles this week: Everything is a struggle. Everything.. I'm tired and headachey and over all that is *kitten* in my life and I just want off the merry-go-round. Seriously. I wish I knew what triggers these bouts of feeling so crappy. I physically feel crappy, like I'm getting sick but never quite am. When I feel good I feel great but when I feel bad I feel soooo bad. I'm tired of the struggle. I'm just tired full stop.

I am hoping that this will be the month I make it under 200 (if I do not I won't feel like I failed as every loss is a win to me) but if I do you will hear me screaming from wherever you are :-)

Success/ Struggles: This week I have been able to control my cravings. I only had a bit of chocolate and a few chips other than that my menu has been pretty healthy. On the other hand I still struggle to eliminate my wine consumption. I know my loss could be much higher without it.

Didn't have any chocolate at Easter because I'm alone at the moment so didn't receive any eggs haha. I hope by the end of the month I'll be down to 118. :)

Successes/struggles this week: We went camping this weekend and it rained a lot so we spent more time in the camper instead of outside. That led to more snacking than normal. I was able to squeeze in a couple of walks/runs in between showers so I was happy about that, it offset some of the extra carbs that were consumed. Hopefully at next week's weigh in I will be out of the 190's. Haven't been below that in a very long time.

Successess/struggles this week: To busy with work and Easter this weekend to do anything but got in a short 3.1 mile run last night on a off Bootcamp day. I feel my weigh in last week was a tad bloated do to water but I'll take the 4.2 lb drop, if nothing else it helps mentally. Biggest struggle has been a massive sweet tooth at night lately and honestly I'm at a financial crunch right now and trying to eat as healthy as possible while making sure the kids get everything they need is a struggle.

Successes/struggles this week: I am not discouraged by my "weight gain" because on Saturday I weighted 188.1. I'm attributing this "gain" to water weight. I've been doing 30 day shred faithfully this entire last week , so assume my body is holding onto a little more water than usual. I feel confident that by next Wednesday, I'll be down to 188 or 187.

I was really hoping the B1G would take home the championship, but it was still a lot of fun.
