A scrambled egg muffin and a big ol' salad (mixed greens, spinach, onion, garlic, tomato, cucumber, red bell pepper, asparagus, steamed/chilled green beens, avocado, raisins, walnuts, roasted turkey and red potatoes, pink beans, a couple tbs of coleslaw, garlic salt and black pepper).

Got hungry a little before lunch, so made a bowl of greek yogurt with berries, pumpkin seeds and a generous helping of maple syrup. There's also cinnamon granola at the bottom of the bowl, just got buried in the mess lol

This was lunch today: Sandwich with 75% less fat soft cheese, 30g Cheddar cheese, lettuce & tomato; a small bag of sweet popcorn; and a pear!

Good for you, but not everyone here is eating way too low calorie for their needsWillLift4Tats wrote: »But then I also enjoy yumminess like this.
My calorie goal is 1330 and I could fit in that Reese's ice cream cup at 260, was long as I keep my meals closer to 300 rather than 400 for the day. It's just a matter of eating more lower calories fruits and vegetables with your meal to make it more filling but low calorie.
Tuna with rice and mango salsa with curry - looks so weird, but it's honestly such a quick easy meal
Made a baked spaghetti for Easter dinner on Friday
Leftover baked spaghetti on Saturday with roasted chicken breast
Chicken, tomatoes and feta with sunflower seeds in a raspberry vinaigrette
Husband wanted to go for wings and beer before he left for work for three weeks. I got a mushroom bisque and a local apricot beer (on the right, husband had local raspberry beer on the left)

Everyone's needs are different, @jkwolly. I'm five feet tall and my own calorie goals on non-intensive workout days aren't that different from @caty2358. This might be different from other people's goals and needs: that's okay. Because we're still brought together by pictures of food, low-calorie or otherwise. To wit:

The last of the Easter carrot cake cupcakes...that frosting...mmm.

Breakfast, 250 cal: yogurt, flax seed granola, apricot jam, strawberries. 20 grams protein

Dinner, 450ish cals: curried mashed potatoes with garlic asparagus, lemony broccoli, grilled portobello, and extra curry butter.

Sometimes you just need some bbq ribs and not a Subway sandwich. Ha! (Bought at local restaurant)...0 -
