Cant find weights of food eaten?

Hi, I have been inputting my food intake for the last 6 days. However, I cant always find the right weights for foods eaten. Is there anyway of inputting the weight independently of the pick lists? This is the only part I am getting frustrated with.
So if I have 20 grams of a food I can only find 150gram Hope this makes sense

Math. If you eat 20 grams and 150 is in the database divide 20 by 150 and enter your serving as .130

Same place you enter the 1....but if it's in a 150gram serving I would double check nutritional information on that entry as it is probably user entered.

servings are on the left and weights of food on the right. It does not let me input my own weights?0

Adjust the "servings" (to for example .13) ;-)0

Hehe... a lot of us had to think really hard for a moment to figure that out, when we started logging. It´s a Classic here on MFP Don´t feel bad.0

I have re-posted this multiple times : I was using MFP for a good 6 months before I found these posts so it is a bit of a personal mission of mine to pass them on to other people who are just starting.
My standard suggestion/tip is to do some reading and buy a kitchen scale!!! which you already have.

When creating or editing a Food item from the existing database my Personal Bias is to Edit an existing Entry and enter the nutritional values based on grams ( 100 gm ) as it makes the portion size math easy. Especially when you use a scale and WEIGH EVERYTHING. Don't log 2 eggs as it is a subjective number, where 50 gm. is very concise.
Re-train/calibrate your mind as to what a portion size is..
You will be surprised how small some portions look when you start to weigh them out. The average cereal bowl I have in my kitchen will hold 2-6 portions.
For Nutritional values start with the values from the product label and confirm it with the un-biased nutritional information from the USDA web site at 100 gm.
Try the USDA site as a cross reference for nutrition values of different food diary entries.
