I have been using MFP for a very long time. While I have not always been successful, even sometimes deleting my account to come back. I have decided it is time to stick to things. I am not the most social or chatty person. But I suppose it would be nice to get some friends on here for feedback and general conversation about diet and exercise.
I started my journey a few years ago at 400+lbs. I am now in the high 220s. I have been using MFP every day for tracking my foods and have just started using MapMyFitness to include that as well. (However, I don't believe it to be very accurate).
If you would like to add someone, I wouldn't mind accepting. As long as you don't mind adding someone who may not comment on everything,
I am a nerd and an outdoorsy person. I can talk for hours about computers, or camping and fishing.0 -

Hi guys, I've tried to add a few of you but failed miserably on this blasted iPhone!!!
I've been using MFP for a year now and it's fab! I've lost 2 and a half stone although a few pounds have crept back on due to a tendon injury and feeling sorry for myself
But I'm back on track now and running like a loon

I've been on MFP off and on for a while now, had some success then I stopped for a while. I've managed to keep the weight I lost off but I'm not done yet by far. Hope to stick around for a while now and stay on track.
