A days macros aren't going to make or break you (I'm assuming you're not low carb since you ate two bananas). You ate fruit. Not a bad thing.

Find something to eat if you're hungry, and finish off the day. If you're not hungry, start again normally tomorrow.
A couple of hard boiled eggs. Some cheese. ...

Find a top hat and tip it to your fellow peers.

I wouldn't worry too much about it, honestly. You ate two bananas, you didn't eat two cakes ;) Tomorrow you can try to be lower if that's what you want. Eggs work wonders for staying under carbs.

it wont be 2 bananas but it would be all of the carbs you have eaten throughout the day :-) As people have said though don't worry about it, macros are important as medium term goals but nothing to worry about if they are not right on a particular day. Just eat a bit more protein and fat tomorrow if you want to but really a couple of bananas worth isn't going to hurt whatever

I do not worry about going over carbs or fats as long as I stay within my calorie goal. The past 60 days I have been consistently double my "goal" for sugars and about half the time I've gone way over "goal" for fats...and I have lost 22 lbs since January 25th. Don't sweat it as long as you stay within your calorie goals.

    For every meal every day?

I read that as an answer to what to do with 700 calories after already eating though the magical macro limit.

Your carbs must be set pretty low. I would say eat low carb the rest of the day but don't freak out. You can always try again tomorrow :)
