Hi everyone! I'm Brooke and I'm new here
I am just coming off 3 years of sports injuries (still not 100%) and have gained a bit of weight after my physical therapist banned me from all sports for 3 months.
I am looking to get back in shape for half marathons, triathlons and swimming. I'm also looking to get a handle back on my eating habits, which have been slowly deteriorating.
I have a BS in nutrition, worked as a personal trainer for 4 years and am currently studying for a Master of Public Health. I love individual sports and am very passionate about cooking for wellness and pleasure.

I started a 90 day fitness challenge in Jan and was doing very well logging every single day then I found out I was pregnant and completely derailed. Looking to eat a balanced diet with reasonable number of calories so I am a healthy and active mom. Need pals who will commit to logging and giving feedback each day and motivation to work out at least 3 days a week.
I am great at giving encouragement and logging immediately before or after each meal. Anyone want to join me for another 90 day challenge?0 -
