Do you have any free weights, or resistant bands? You can do toning exercises and still burn calories.0 -

You guys are doing great! I did 90 minutes of cardio on Monday, was down Tuesday from my fall Monday night, but did 55 minutes of cardio today. On Tuesday I also did 250 squats and today I did 100 pushups. Keep it up, you'll be so glad you did.0
