    I lost about 40 Lbs in about 9 months. I've more or less been maintaining for a couple of years now (save for an intentional bulk cycle I did in the winter).

    Almost a year and 3 whole pounds!! ;) But I've lost inches and a noticeable amount of body fat plus I'm building muscle so I try not to let it get me down - the results are there just not on the scales for me. I'm hoping that one day it will just happen, lol!

    I've been trying off and on for 1 year. Like, 5 months on and 7 months off LOL. But I've been going solid for about 2 months now. I've lost 4 pounds in the 2 months but a total of 30 pounds. I have 40 pounds left to lose.

    I lost 30 lbs between April and October. I took a break from tracking and cutting between then and last week. I wanted to see if I could maintain without tracking and I wanted a break because I was sick of it (and I was fitting into a lot of nice winter clothes I bought on my way up and had never had a chance to wear).
    I'm tracking again, I want to lose 15 more, but I'm not in a big hurry (obviously lol).
