            I had a break yesterday.....but I did Day 3 today! Question. I do CKO Kickboxing. Can I count those a day I did it? For those of you who don't know what CKO is...

            My copy is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Starting with Beginner Shred then moving on to 30DS.0

            I am doing it now also, although I alternate it with Zumba because I dont like circuit training (its a necessary evil though) and Zumba is actually really fun and I enjoy doing it.0

            I just found this thread:) I finished L2D2 today, and it wasn't any easier today than yesterday, it's rough!
All the planking moves, along with oblique twists and skating...it's a killer!0 -

            I'm on Day 26 now.. but I have done more than one level a day at once since Day 20. Definitely notice a difference I think. Might give it a second round.
Just wondering if anyone has done all three levels at once and if they noticed faster results?0 - 
            I'm back! Can't do the expert levels of each exercise but the knee is holding up. Done level 1 and level 2 the last 2 days! Sweating buckets but it's all good0
