Cheat days are important!

I don't think cheat days should be promoted, they are dangerous for some people!
From reading different comments across the forum, and from personal experience, I just feel that cheat days cancel all the efforts I've put into trying to balance my diet and adopting new habits. This weight loss journey is about changing our lifestyle habits for good, cheat days just make you go backwards(and can seriously bring you back to binging!)0 -
I don't have cheat days, nor do I feel the need to. I do allow myself certain treats here or there, such as when I'm wanting something a bit higher in calories (love chocolate!) but I always just work it into my regular diet and make sure that it fits calorie wise.0

I don't regularly have cheat days. I have days where I might go over my allowance, but that's something I planned like a birthday party or christmas. I just don't feel like I need one, but I don't have a problem with other people needing one once in a while. Whatever works.0

I try to cheat but somehow my body always seems to find out.0
