Half a grapefruit, chocolate breakfast shake made with almond milk, and green tea.
I have had a grapefruit obsession since the first time I lost weight (I tried a grapefruit diet and learned that grapefruit is my favourite fruit). I like the breakfast shake because it is basically the only calcium I get in a day P: and green tea is yummy0 -
2 slices of glutenfree bread with hummus, raw veggies and filet de saxe! Yumyumyum!0

A bunch of snacks last night -- crackers & cheese, Boston cream pie yogurt, fruit -- because I just wanted them and they fit within my goals.0

A small sweet potato topped with some rotisserie chicken, eggs (whole and whites), mushrooms, onion, spinach, chipotle in adobo, and serrano. I also had a splash of Louisiana hot sauce on it after tasting - I love spicy sweet potato.0

I was craving chocolate so mixed some Total 0% fat Greek yoghurt with raspberries, strawberries, 2 broken up Go Ahead yogurt breaks and a squirt of 'freedom' choco shot (low calorie chocolate syrup)0

Cottage cheese with tomatoes, colorful peppers, scallions, and salsa verde; turkey-and-cheese rolls; baby carrots. I ate in general because it was lunch time and I was hungry, but chose these specific foods because I like lots of protein and fat after a workout.0

Subway black forest ham 9 grain wheat no cheese sub toasted with lots of fresh veggies and a few pickled jalapeño slices and red wine vinegar for sauce.0

Going to lift tonight....so had 5 oz Sockeye salmon, 1/2 cup wild and brown rice mix, 1 cup broccoli. Late enough in the afternoon that I can get away with a protein shake and something yummy w/peanut butter in it afterwards.0

Bag of cheddar Quest protein chips - yummy. I had a huge workout this morning and I'm really hungry but its not dinner time yet and I have about 275ish calories I can eat back.
