Mexican bowl -- bed of mixed greens, chili-spiced black beans & tomatoes, cottage cheese, salsa, grilled chicken, avocado, hot sauce. I had a cornbread muffin on the side. It was awesome. I had the greens, beans & tomatoes, salsa, and chicken because it was my planned dinner; I added the cottage cheese, avocado, and muffin because I had an amazing workout and I was hungry.0

Turkey-and-pepperjack wrap on Italian herb flatbread (with mustard and mixed greens); cottage cheese with multicolored sweet peppers, tomatoes, and garlic-lime salsa verde. That was an awesome G-D lunch.0

Sipping on a strawberry protein shake. It is Designer Protein Lite Strawberry Sundae. 60 cals/10g protein. Mixed it with 1/4c of unsweetened cashew milk. Tastes pretty good for a protein shake, imo.0

Leftover teres major steak sliced thin on a sandwich roll with lots of grilled onions and mushrooms, a squirt of Dijon and some crumbled blue cheese. Washed it down with a nice glass of red Merlot. ' cuz it's Friday!0
