    Haha this will sound bad! I had a chocolate cupcake, not too big and i scraped the topping off but i was well under in my food diary today so i thought i'd have a treat. Do not regret a single bite!

    I made some mole for the next couple of days.

    I had a Don Miguel breakfast burrito because I was hungry, it has 22g of protein and 3g of fiber in 440 calories, and after driving 4 hours in the fog to get home I was not going to cook anything. That convenient store and the microwave are not my friends.

    lunch - turkey mince with cajun seasoning, brocolli, zuchinni, kewpie mayo, cottage cheese, a slice of cheese, spinach.. heated up so the cheese is melted.. all within macros.. heaven!!
