    sorry, but when this happened to me...it wasn't much of an issue...
    i just pressed forth...
    weight loss is weight loss...
    i separate them from other personal issues.

    Very good. I have sworn to never be sad over a break up. There are plenty of men out there. And any loser who does not realize how awesome you are, does not deserve you.

    Now, listen to an old hag, DO NOT make up with him, answer his texts, miss him, feel bad for him, or do anything stupid like text him. Do not do it. Move on. Get busy. You don't need the drama of a messed up man.
