how often do you track your weight on MFP?

Roughly once a week. I'm maintaining so I log it whether it's up or down. I find it interesting to see all the natural ups and downs (OK some natural, some mountains-of-food related).0

I have a problem with allowing the scale to demotivate me so I weigh every 90 days. My weight can fluctuate 3 to 5 lbs in a few days but over 90 days it always goes down if I do my pert. I record my times for my hikes and the weights I am lifting everyday as well as how long it takes me to do the sets, the kind of day I had at work, and other factors to be able to see influences on my mood and behavior.0

I think I'll weigh everyday then I'll log in on Sunday's on mfp.0

I weigh myself maybe 3 times a week but, only log Saturday morning. I usually only weigh twice Saturday morning and Wednesday to see how I am doing.

I record it weekly. I don't need to see that my weight went up and down 7 times during the week.
But I am also not looking at my weightloss for the week. Some weeks are .3 loss others are 1.6 loss but over a month it become very stable at 1.2-1.3 month after month.0 -
I usually input it once a week. I weigh myself every morning, and if it stays higher for 3 days in a row, I update with the higher weight. If it goes down and stays there for 2-3 days, I input the lower weight. If it's only off by .5 or so, I just leave it as is.0

I'm doing my best to weigh myself every morning (after I use the bathroom and after my morning work out -if I workout) but I only log weight loss.0

I used to weigh daily, got obsessed, threw out my scales. Started weighing once a week on a local scale so I got consistency. Now I forget and just weigh when I can be bothered to go without breakfast for half an hour while I walk to the store with the scale. Ha ha ha! I can tell from my body and my clothes that I'm still losing so not massively worried at present.0

That's what my nutritionist says.0 -
I way every day before my shower. Sometimes I do go up a little bit but it makes me more aware of what I'm eating through the day. I do log my weight everday but I've noticed that MFP only posts the losses to my feed.0

I weigh myself everyday right when I wake up, and I log every time on MFP. I like to see the trends and it keeps me motivated. Not for everyone though.0

Every morning after using the bathroom and before eating or drinking.
The Aria automatically forwards the numbers to MFP and www.trendweight.com and www.weightgrapher.com
If I get concerned that my numbers aren't moving like they should, I check out my weight loss curve using the two site.
I've been shocked to discover that I've actually forgotten to weight myself on several occasions.
Only a couple were deliberate choices because I had already eaten something or was too late for an appointment.0 -

Anywhere from twice a week to twice a month. I try not to log more than once a week.0

Ditto

I weigh and log daily. The trend is downward, so the up blips don't really bother me. I seem to have very little body awareness, so this helps keep me informed.0

Once a week...Monday morning when I get out of the shower
