30 Day Shred vs Ripped in 30

I have both JM DVD's - is one good to do before the other? I know both use her 3-2-1 process, but is one like a Step 1 and the other Step 2? Thanks!

From what I've read...both are "progressive" you do phase 1 first....etc

Both are progressive, Ripped is broken up into 4 phases and you do each for a week. I far prefer RI30 over 30DS. I always go back to Level 3 of RI30; it's a killer.0

YouTube has about 14 of her work outs for free! On the channel befit in case you would like to try any other ones out. I just started 30ds last night.0

I listen to Jillians podcast and every time a caller asks about 30 day shred she tells them its old now and to do ripped in 300

Start with 30DS then hit RI30. 30DS is a little easier than RI30. Good luck, I've done them both several times!0
