    It's a BIG difference. You should feel proud, and none of us are proud of our before pictures,,, wait, I am still trying to get enough off to show a before picture. lol.. congratulations.

    You can definitely see the difference - but mostly, what I'm noticing is how healthy your skin looks in the after pic - you can see a nice glow, where in the before pic you looked pasty and unhealthy! Your face has such a nice color to it, and the sweatshirt is a great color on you!!! Congrats!!!

    AMAZING job!!!! But i know how you feel! My friends noticed my weight loss right away/ but my co workers didnt start to notice untill i lost 50 lbs! Thats just part of being more than 100lbs overweight. We loose it faster at first too .....those thinner people have to work twice as hard to loose 1/2 as much.....but we will be there soon enough!!
