Successes/struggles this week: Woooooo birthday weekend before the 15th, and did not report. I was up 2-3 pounds of bloat for about a week. I worked really really hard this past week and a half to get back down and I am now down a pound from pre-birthday weight, so yay! I definitely went overboard on my birthday (but ONLY on my birthday, yay me for getting back on track right away!). These are the times though where I remember how sick/icky I feel after eating too much food. I probably won't hit my goal of 130 by the end of the month, but that's okay! My UGW is between 120-125, so I realize that it is going to be very slow getting to 120.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: The biggest thing I've been struggling with is getting out of my head when I run. There's a voice in there that tells me that "I have to stop running," "I can't do this," "just walk for a bit." My success this week goes hand in hand with my struggle. I finally shut the voice down and surprised myself with a PR on 2 runs this week. It's something I think a lot of people struggle with, but now I know I can beat it. That's an awesome feeling.
