30 of those pounds were lost in just one month. Clean eating and exercising 6 days a week. I have a long way to go, but I'm excited to see progress.

You have done a great job. Your pics are amazing. Gotta love the workouts. That is where is at. I am getting close to my 50 lbs I am at 46.5 I found MFP after I started my journey. Would like to loose about 30 more. No magic just good clean eating and working out like you. Congrats

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday I do boot camp at a gym. Tuesday and Thursday I do personal training there. I do cardio on my own which normally consists of interval training on the elliptical machine or a 4 mile walk/jog around my neighborhood. No machines are used at the gym. It's mostly just body weight exercises, free weights, and TRX. Some of the exercises include: Mountain Climbers, Planks, Burpees, Lunges, Squats, Push ups, etc.

As for foods, I stay away from fried foods. I've mostly just been eating Chicken, fish, and turkey for my meats. Fruits, veggies, and good sources of carbs.

Thanks! Congrats on your progress as well! It definitely helps to log on and track what you're eating. No magic pill and no fad diets. Continued success to you :-)
