    Started with the right motivation which got me to a dietician. From there it has been will and desire to see me through.

    Health wise I am no longer on a cpap machine, no longer on blood pressure meds and no longer suffer from acid reflux. Plus, I am actually living now! I can participate in life and not just watch it!
