Started my journey a year ago...down 53lbs and only 8lbs until goal weight! I have gone from walking to jogging 3+ miles 4 times a week. I feel great0

I'm on day 114 and have lost 53 lbs and no idea how many inches, but it's a lot lol. I still have over 100lbs to go and I'm much more confident I'll reach that goal than I ever was in previous attempts.
Another major accomplishment is my fitness level. I'm not even supposed to be able to walk and here now I'm running - slow, but running! I was told I never would and I was so scared to even try. I am also lifting and it feels awesome.0 -

I've lost approximately 97 lbs, so that's over 300,000 calories burned through lots and lots of cardio.

I started 3.5 years ago the first time at 272, got down to 213. Had surgery on one foot, yo-yo'd a bit. Got back to 210. Had surgery on the other foot, went back up to 250.
Jan. 28th: 250
Today: 216
A loss of 34 lbs. and a rate of 2.6 lbs a week...mind yiu I'm still considered a level 2 obese....so loss happens pretty easy right now.

Down 35.6 pounds. At 5'5", I made my commitment to lose weight at 248 pounds, and today I weighed in at 212.4 pounds. I'd like to weigh somewhere around 130/140/150, I figure I'll know when I've hit my goal. I'm really excited that I'm so close to weighing under 200 pounds for the first time in my adult life.0

I'm down 44 lbs from my highest weight, 28 lbs of which I lost since I restarted MFP in January. I still have roughly 140 lbs more to lose, but I'm off to a good start!0

Well about 3 years I lost 66lbs, got myself superfit and I mean superfit, Looked completely different, I've put a bit on recently but on my way down again, 22lbs in the last two months or so.
