    Everyone here seems to be doing really well. I just started today 151 cm (roughly 5 ft) CW:75kg GW:50kg :) looking forward to this journey I know it will be difficult but these stories just motivate me even more

    I posted here before, but I now have an updated progress pic I thought I would share! I am 5' tall and started my journey at 155+ lbs after having my daughter three years ago. I am about 5 lbs away from reaching my goal! (and need to do a lot of toning ;)

    I'm 5'2" and my highest ever was 200 lbs - i had gained 40 lbs with my pregnancy. In the wedding pics, I was about 178lbs...and I was horrified after I saw these pics, I cried!

    I started running and got down to 150lbs:

    I gained like 20lbs back over the winter....idk what the heck i was thinking, but I've lost 6 of those lbs already. RIght now I'm 154..My goal weight is 125 by the end of summer, and to not make the same mistake next winter!

    My goal weight is 110 pounds, but if I dont like the way I look I might go down or up depending. ;)

    Please see my post with photo. All information is there:) I recently added the extra 40 calories now that I am within 10# of goal.

    This is a 3.5 month change.
    I started in february
    Sw:148
    Cw:120
    Gw:110

    I first was eating 1450 calories, and now im down to 1250. And its no prob :)

    Hi, I'm 5'1 and 44 years old

    Been heavy my entire life but it wasn't until I was somewhere over 200lbs that I decided to take action. So, my starting weight was 200+. I don't know for sure because I avoided the scale. CW 136.7. GW is 135. However my GW is my comfortable weight, but I would eventually like to be at 125-130. I'm also including my picture from my first half marathon this past December, I was at 148

    I'm 22 years old 5' 3" I started my fitness pal 5 months ago and I'm down 39.8 lbs only about 5 more lbs to go I'm so happy. I have lost 23.56% of my starting body weight so far.
    Sw: 169
    Cw: 129.2
    Gw: 125

    You ladies look awesome! Being under 5'3 it's amazing how different 150/160/170 looks on us. I'm hopeful looking through your pictures :)

    I'm 46 years old 5" 1' and back in June I started my journey at 250.2 lbs. and as of April 24th I was down to 205.8 almost 45 lbs! I know I still have a long way to go but I am encourage to continue to get to at least 150 lbs. my first picture is from last March as I stood with my daughter for her Freshman dance and the second was just a week ago. y7ycr6te7n3v.jpg
