    None of the shakes are really reasonably priced. With that being said, I found the best taste and success with Arbonne's shakes. Even with plain old water I thought they tasted great!

    I dress it with Olive Oil so it slides down the throat easier.

    Oranges are good for this too. Pineapple is just more effective. :)
