How hacked off people can get if you decline the donuts at work.
Ditto the "special meals" that family makes.
Ditto also the look on some people faces when they find out you have lost nearly as much weight as they have.0 -

Forcing myself to take a day off from going to the gym. I know my body needs the rest, but it's hard to go a day without having that hour to myself to dig deep and push myself to do just a bit better than the last time.0

Okay so when I go to the gym, I push myself soooo, when I leave I look like I've just killed it lol. I dislike ladies who leave after working out without looking like they've even broken a sweat. Lucky ladies!0
