I am just saying that what she says is conflicting, or she is very petit and doesnt have a high energy output. For a normal person, the numbers do not add up.

Hey I have been eating less fat and more carbs recently. my workout is not constant because of course i am a student, but am still losing weight. eating more carbs gives me more energy to workout and i feel awesome and light each day. i tried not to eat a lot of egg, milk, fish, meat and stuff like that. good luck
