    I am 5 lbs from my goal weight of 155 lbs. Also, in 31 days, I would have been on MFP for a year. It would be nice to make my goal within the year.

    Successes/struggles this week: I've been doing really well staying in my schedule lately but life had me down Tuesday so struggle this week was powering through and sticking to my schedule even when life was hard but success is that I'm back under 200 (it only took me 4 months after the holidays...)

    Successes: 6.48miles marking the LONGEST walk/jog I have done in a lonnnng time. Felt very proud of myself :#

    Struggle - had oral surgery this week and ate lots of "soft food" which meant carbs. I also haven't been able to exercise for 2 days.

    Success - even with heavy carbs, numbers aren't that bad :smiley:
