Jillian's 30 Day Shred B4 and After??

Does anyone have any good before and after pics for the 30day shred ? If so can you post I could use some motivation to finish it!! and please post weight too... that would be great!!!

I just did my first 30 day shred workout to day.....it is tough but doable.....I can't wait to see my results in a month.....0

Do you need extra equipment - hand weights, etc - to do the shred?0

You do need hand weights... I have 5lb ones, which are too heavy... hurt my shoulder the first day... but took it easy the next few...
It's a good program... I find I can do the cardio no problem, but the ab stuff... killer for me!!!!

You could use soup cans if you wanted, I guess. I have 5lb hand weights, wish I had started at 3lb ones.
I have before photos, but they were actually taken at about 3 days in, and I stopped at day 16 on the shred and have moved onto a JM Slim Down challenge on here, but I will take after photosIt does help, I am building muscle.

Starting stats:
Weight: 194
Waist: 36
Hips: 45.5
Neck: 13.5
Upper Arm: 13.5
Thigh: 28.5
Day 7 Stats:
Waist: 34.5
Hips: 42
Neck: 13
Upper Arm: 13.5
Thigh: 27.5
Here are my Day 30 Stats:
Weight: 189
Waist: 33.5
Hips: 41
Neck: 12.5
Upper Arm: 13.5
Thigh: 27
Total of 5 pounds and 9.5 inches!!! Woohoo!! Was hoping for a bigger weightloss, but I've been at a plateau for 3 weeks now unfortunately.0 -

I completed the 30DS in 6 weeks due to personal issues. I did post pics somewhere in a previous post about this topic. Anyway, I lost almost 10 inches including 2 inches off my waist and 11.6 lbs. It can be done with a little determination. keep going, it is worth it.

You have probably seen my pics already but here they are. I did the shred twice first time with 2lb weights second time with 5lb weights. I LOVE the shred!!!
I started at 140. I am currently 121.5.
