Ran My First 5K!

8 months ago I was 173 lbs, and miserable. (I'm 5'6", 46 years old).
Joined a gym, and started eating right-- fast forward to May 2nd, I've lost 42 lbs, and just (literally!) completed my first 5K in 29 minutes. Feelin' good! Plan to keep working out and eating well (maintenance). Day by day is all it takes.
