I'm going back to university tomorrow which is usually when I lose motivation and when I eat more: help!! I need to continue losing weight as I enjoy it so much, I'm only 5 ft 4 so my weight isn't exactly the best it could be.0 -
Throw yourself into your study and think of something you really want. I saw a great post on FB the other day of a 600ml coke bottle. It stated that if you put a $2 coin in an empty bottle coke bottle every time you you'd were going to buy a drink you'de quickly save $ for something you really want. I don't drink coke but love coffee, latte especially and usually a cake on the side so figured I could put at least $5 away each time I wanted to go and get morning/ afternoon tea. I love would love to visit my bf in Australia so will reward myself that way if I get there....0

I'm trying to lose weight because I have Joint Hypermobility, I'm barely 5ft so extra weight really makes a difference.

Based on the last six weeks, I need to track my calories better. I have been working on keeping the total intake 1400 or less. On March 31, I began working out a gym, went 15 times in the month of April. No change in my weight. Zero. This is very frustrating. I read a post here about someone who got really honest about her food tracking, I guess I am not being honest, reporting everything? However know I am eating less. Trying to focus on keeping on with tracking and gym work.
