Hello, I'm a 41 year old happily married man looking for some fitness friends/motivators. While my account is new I have used myfitnesspal for several years and have had some great success (76lbs gone) and have learned a lot. I currently want to cut (35-40lbs) while lifting, I'm already down 18lbs. Once I get to my goal weight I intend on doing long term low weight gain bulks (10lbs -5 months) while lifting then short 2lbs a week cuts for 5 weeks for better body composition. Some long term goals. If you want to add me as a friend that would be great!

returning to mfp after a long time eating absolute rubbish! I managed to put 80lbs on or so and I've still got 65 left to lose to get to where I left off! Tomorrow marks my third week healthy eating and exercising ☺️ so, anybody who can provide support or inspiration please add me! We're all in the same boat here
