Need some exercise that able to follow that non weight n low impacy as been diagnosed with auto immune inflammatory arthritus.....any suggestions?!

As said above, yoga is great. You can also look up youtube videos that you can workout with while watching them. I was actually doing a low-impact workout today on youtube. Walking is also a really great exercise that doesn't hurt the knees. Go at your own pace. Just remember that ANY activity, even walking, is better than the couch0
