I just deleted all my friends few days ago but I think it was the biggest mistake ever. Facebook is always quiet but I did have friends that commented on my MFP. I loved that.. Ugh.. If you are looking to help each other please friend me. but please please have a picture of yourself, and diary open so I can get examples on what to eat! I would love more friends. If you were my friend you can re add me as well!

Hello all I'm Melissa I'm 25 and a mother of 3. I started using MFP 20 days ago and I've been working out 6 days a week. I was doing T-25 for 3 weeks and just changed it up and I'm now going to the gym for an hour a day 6 days a week with my husband. I'm currently 144 started at 150, I'm 5'5" my goal is 130/125!
