I got in 30 minutes of sledding - very big hill, much puffing on the way up - blinding rush on the way down... awesome..0 -
can i join too? i want to get motivated and into a routine again before we hit the new year, i know then i will feel much better.
i am already exercising but it would be great to post it here.
today i walked for 90 mins, hiking up the mountains.

ANYONE can join in!!! By the way, I love the sledding idea for exercise, except it is -1 here, and that is the actual temp, not the wind chill! It is all ice! LOL. THat would be VERY fast sledding!

OK, Monday was a slouch day - I know, not good...
Tuesday I did 40 minutes on the elliptical at work.. Now that work is out for a couple weeks, I am on my own..
Today, I am joining a masters (age, not ability) swim club, and will log in 30-45 minutes of swimming..

Merry Christmas!! I was awful this week! I only exercised, mon, and tues. Wednesday was full of family etc and then today, christmas, well, im taking the day off ROFL!!!
