Tuna crunch salad with some incredibly bitter tasting onion diced up in it. Really wish I hadn't diced that onion so small

Dinner last night -- two big roast chicken thighs, garlicky broccoli, quinoa. I had a breakfast planned for today but I'm not feeling it, so now I'm just having all the coffee in the northern hemisphere. (Yes. All.)

One cup almond milk, 1/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese, PB2, half banana frozen, and no sugar added Carnation instant breakfast powder. I was craving sweet and I have a smoothie every morning. It's usually one with protein powder but I wasn't feeling it this morning.

    Simple and easy breakfast.

Baked cod with old bay seasoning and roasted cauliflower. ....because I had a massive breakfast that took about half my allotted calories, so now I have to keep meals and snacks in close check the rest of the day. It was worth it :p
