One of my old standbys. ...zucchini serrano frittata and I tried to have some toast that was fiber bread and my body said nope nope nope not today - couldn't even swallow it, so the dog got that and I made a small glass of chocolate milk as my carb instead :p

Not really hungry today probably because the weather has been much warmer and I'm outside a lot.

    Kameda's Frosted Rice Crackers

Kinda taste like sugar cookies, but the texture is off. Only 50 calories for 2 though, so I'm happy.

Smoothie for breakfast -- filmjolk, PB2, honey, spinach, and pear. It was surprisingly good and I'm still feeling satiated six hours later.

Garlic-roasted asparagus and tomatoes, disappointingly small amount of pan-grilled chicken... something went awry with my two gloriously plump bird thighs, so I only had a couple of bites. I'm sort of lackadaisically pondering a bedtime snack, but I'm not hungry AND nothing sounds appealing (unusual) so I might just call it a wash.

Phew, can't believe I finally finished reading all of this thread!

6 oz. kelp noodles, seasoned with 1/2 tablespoon olive oil, Mrs. Dash Italian Medley and garlic powder
100 grams of steamed broccoli with a dash of salt
1 Brat Hans jalapeño cheddar chicken burger, cut up

    All mixed together. I ate it for dinner at 10:30 p.m. because work was busy (I work 5 p.m. – 1 a.m.).
