Face to face comparison.
Before picture I was probably around 225 pounds and after picture is around 173 pounds. Currently I am 168 pounds. I look at the before photo every single day to remind myself not only of how far I have come in just 5 months, but also what can happen when I make bad decisions and allow myself to have bad habits.
Everyone here looks great.15 -

You'd think it would be *hard* to find a 70 pages thread packed with success stories and jawdropping before and after pics...
This is an immensely valuable tool for us starting out wondering whether it is worth it (you guys are graphic proof that it is), and whether it can be done. And it can.
