Garlic-roasted asparagus and tomatoes, disappointingly small amount of pan-grilled chicken... something went awry with my two gloriously plump bird thighs, so I only had a couple of bites. I'm sort of lackadaisically pondering a bedtime snack, but I'm not hungry AND nothing sounds appealing (unusual) so I might just call it a wash.

Phew, can't believe I finally finished reading all of this thread!

6 oz. kelp noodles, seasoned with 1/2 tablespoon olive oil, Mrs. Dash Italian Medley and garlic powder
100 grams of steamed broccoli with a dash of salt
1 Brat Hans jalapeño cheddar chicken burger, cut up

    All mixed together. I ate it for dinner at 10:30 p.m. because work was busy (I work 5 p.m. – 1 a.m.).

I work at a school, so I get those "healthy" lunches that the government requires.

4 Whole Wheat French Toast Sticks w/ Sugar Free Syrup
    1 Baked Hash Brown
    1 Breakfast Sausage Patty
    6 Three Inch Celery Sticks
    Water

I just kinda hoard the fruit I'm required to take. I currently have 2 bananas and 2 green apples sitting on my desk.

Veggie sandwich with goat cheese. Trying to lose weight.

This has become my go to lunch and quick dinner lately... I omit the sliced cheese and use a half of the avocado . I also added radishes to my last one.... DELISH!

    http://skinnyms.com/whole-grain-veggie-sandwich/

4 tablespoons Goat Cheese Yogurt Spread, goat cheese, Ranch Dip, or other creamy condiment of choice
8 slices whole grain/ whole wheat bread
4 large romaine lettuce leaves (or other lettuce) leaves, torn in half
1 medium sized avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
    2 cups bean sprouts
1 large tomato (beefsteak works well), sliced
    1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 cup grated carrots (peeled and grated on cheese grater)
4 slices low fat muenster, provolone, mozzarella cheese, or vegan cheese of choice
    Salt and pepper, to taste

Spread 4 slices of bread with Goat Cheese Yogurt Spread or Ranch Dip Spread. To the other slices add cheese, shredded carrots, 1/4 cup bean sprouts to each, 2 slices of tomato, 1/4 avocado, and cucumber. Top with the bread that has the spread on it, season with salt and pepper, and enjoy!
