    I do Jillian but it works for me. I lost my first 30 lbs doing her 30 day shred along with cutting out all soda, no fast food, and portion control.

    That's awesome! I've lost 65 lbs doing the same! Feels great! Portion control is still a struggle though.

    Same here but with the program has really helped me. I just started 2 weeks ago and lost 1.8 lbs
