5g coconut oil
7.5g almonds
..all with a 1/4 teaspoon..
..why?.. Because it makes a great snack while drinking water.. (32oz H2O)..why such a small spoon?.. Because I can savor it!!0 -

3 large eggs
7g real butter
50g white button mushrooms
50g diced fresh tomato
20g spinach
..butter in pan first then mushrooms and eggs.. When half cooked add spinach and tomatoes.. Oh and lots of salt and pepper!0 -

Breakfast was half a pumpernickel bagel with pumpkin butter and pecans crumbled on top, with a side of strawberries and blueberries drizzled with agave nectar. Yuuuuuuum, I wish I was still eating it right now...0

I just had a steamed artichoke with melted butter for lunch (because it's my favorite), but I'm just now settling in to a snack: two buttery rice cakes with garlic & herb Laughing Cow, handful of giant red grapes, baby carrots. Because I'm feeling snacky, honestly -- I'm not even particularly hungry but it's a boring Sunday and I got peckish.0

Gingerbread ready-brek with skimmed milk and a toffee and pecan 'shot' (basically toffee flavoured pecans and dates) because I need to make up some cals and it tastes sooo good0

Just finished eating 'fried' egg on a ricotta smothered pita with jalapeños, cherry tomatoes, and red leaf lettuce. Its breakfast and its my favorite meal.0
