High fiber, low carb foods?

I need some foods without all the carbs because I think that's where my stomach problems come in. I keep going over my daily goal of 50g carbs!

That's a pretty low goal for carbs. In the Low Carb Dieting World, they calculate "net carbs," which means you subtract fiber numbers FROM carb numbers to get the net. That will give you some wiggle room. Google "net carbs" and see if you can find some strategies. Good luck.0

50g carbs? I'd be very unhappy at that0 -
Loads of green leaves, romaine and spinach in particular are great, low carb and fibrous.0

Yes! Fruit as @rabbitjb mentioned like raspberries, full of fiber so the net carb intake is minimized. Kale, Spinach, Romaine, Broccoli are awesome sources for veggies. Virtually any non-starchy veggie should serve you well.0
