Can I please ask that when adding yourself or updating your figures you copy and paste the WHOLE table, this makes it much easier to manage and ensures nobody gets missed off each week.

@polishprincess, I find that with that you lose track of where everyone is as they may just post that weeks loss, or current weight, so i tend to find that there isn't much support offered until the table arrives, also it is harder to manage. I would like to continue as we are, but if everyone else wants to do something different then I don''t mind.
I have had a very heavy weekend so I am not looking forward to wednesday but what will be will be! I am trying to get back on track
