    I have an open diary and log daily too :p but you I dont always eat perfectly as far as nutrition goes, like I'll go overbored on fat one day or not enough protien another day but im still learning.

    I have an open diary for friends, but my eating habits are pretty poor at the moment. Eating bad foods but within my calories for the day (and yes, I know there aren't 'bad foods' as long as they are within your calories, I just mean I could do with more fruit and veggies etc.)

    I've been logging since Jan 2015 (141 Day Streak!)
    Lost over 3st in weight and nearly at my goal weight.

    My diary is open and I log every day. I eat things like condensed milk and biscuits and Burger King or a whole day of bread or whatever. Sometimes I eat veggies. I have been losing weight every week for the 7 weeks I have been here as I keep under calories. Look around the diaries, but do what works for you!
