    This week went well food-wise, also started swimming again and added a little weight training.

    Successes/struggles this week: I am still on plateau even though I am keeping under goal and doing loads of extra cardio now that I have my Fitbit. I may need to look more closely at my carbs/protein/fats balance. On the plus side I am really showing the weight loss that I have achieved.

    Successes/struggles this week: Successes/struggles this week: I had lost 2lbs when I weighed myself on Monday but today I seem to have gone up 1 lb again. Win some/lose some. NSV: I bought new trousers in medium size this week and they fit perfectly.

    Success: :D On Monday, dropped below 13 stone for the first time in 30 years.
    Struggles this week: :'( Back up again this morning. Too many meals out cancelled drop in weight at the beginning of the week, but I know that I can do it, now.
    Still an overall loss. I have started strength training, so that may be contributing slower weight loss. Ten days to achieved my May goal. I am optimistic.

    Successes/struggles this week (Week One): Um, TOM, water retention, cravings, etc.
    Successes/struggles this week (Week Two): Indulging birthday lunch with a friend today (even though my birthday isn't until the end of the month).
    Successes/struggles this week (Week Three): FINALLY UNDER 200! Whoop! Whoop!
    Successes/struggles this week (Week Four): Thought I was doing well, stayed under my calorie budget, earned (and didn't 'eat into') on average, 190 calories through exercise each day and have only lost 0.6lbs this week. Pardon my abbreviation, but WTF?!

    I believe that the body adjusts as the process continues. So we have to work harder to shift the weight. Varying the type of exercise and increasing length or intensity may help to keep the weight shifting. :)

    Comments/Successes/Challenges: I was a bit disheartened from 15th May weigh-in as I had only lost 0.4lbs that week however it's dropped off me this week which has been fantastic! On Tuesday though I was battling some demons and it took me so much strength to not give in and buy a take away and some wine. It sucked so hard. I can't believe I didn't give in because it felt like I would feel awful until I did. Thankfully I'm past that now. I have however messed my hip up which may set me out of a few days exercise :( will see what happens with that

    Struggles : Very stressful week testifying at a child custody hearing for a friend, and was good up to last night when we went out for nachos and I over ate, but they were so good and I was so tired and de-stressing

    Successes: Could have been so much worse, I do have some good willpower, and should be able to meet my goal still by the end of the month

    Successes/struggles this week: I've been sick since Wednesday so I'm still not back into my workout routine. It's hard being sick since the only things I want to eat are bad for me but, I'm happy that I only gained two pounds rather than 5 or 6. I'm going to keep on working and hopefully lose what I gained and be back on track to be under 190. I have a plan for this weekend with the holiday, hoping I stick to it!

    Successes/struggles this week: slacked on my workouts at the beginning of the week. Had some family stuff to do and not enough time. But now I know what to do when that happens: do HIIT workouts, small bursts of high energy exercise. Still need to work on a workout plan.
    Successes: I woke up every morning, I have a roof over my head, a wonderful husband and great kids, and a job to complain about! And I'm down almost 19 lbs!

    Lost 10 lbs last Month, will try to lose 8-10 lbs again this May.
    I've been consistent with Zumba and 10,000 steps as my everyday exercises and more of healthier options, smaller portions for food.

    I had my period plus my daughter being sick this past week made me sleep less and so I felt weak/lazy for more cardio. Hoping for better results this coming week.

    Successes: As I have been getting smaller, I notice I'm not as hungry throughout the day and I stay full longer after I eat dinner which helps reduce the need to snack

    Struggles: I feel like I am getting back into old habits - although I am losing, I'm not eating very healthily and I haven't been to the gym in awhile. I've been having a lot going on these past two weeks hindering this.

    Overall, I succeeded my goal weight before vacation by almost a full pound!! :)

    Successes/struggles this week: Weekends tend to derail me. I'm glad to see a loss this week, but it's not as much as I was hoping for. I think I need to take a closer look at my eating habits and make some adjustments. It's not realistic to think I'll lose another 4.6 pounds in the next 9 days, but I think I can at least make it to 185.
