    Successes/struggles this week: slacked on my workouts at the beginning of the week. Had some family stuff to do and not enough time. But now I know what to do when that happens: do HIIT workouts, small bursts of high energy exercise. Still need to work on a workout plan.
    Successes: I woke up every morning, I have a roof over my head, a wonderful husband and great kids, and a job to complain about! And I'm down almost 19 lbs!

    Lost 10 lbs last Month, will try to lose 8-10 lbs again this May.
    I've been consistent with Zumba and 10,000 steps as my everyday exercises and more of healthier options, smaller portions for food.

    I had my period plus my daughter being sick this past week made me sleep less and so I felt weak/lazy for more cardio. Hoping for better results this coming week.

    Successes: As I have been getting smaller, I notice I'm not as hungry throughout the day and I stay full longer after I eat dinner which helps reduce the need to snack

    Struggles: I feel like I am getting back into old habits - although I am losing, I'm not eating very healthily and I haven't been to the gym in awhile. I've been having a lot going on these past two weeks hindering this.

    Overall, I succeeded my goal weight before vacation by almost a full pound!! :)

    Successes/struggles this week: Weekends tend to derail me. I'm glad to see a loss this week, but it's not as much as I was hoping for. I think I need to take a closer look at my eating habits and make some adjustments. It's not realistic to think I'll lose another 4.6 pounds in the next 9 days, but I think I can at least make it to 185.

    Successes/struggles this week: This past week has been a challenge. We have eaten out 3 different times, one of them was at an Italian Buffet. Tried to load up on salad before I took anything else. Then I focused on "healthy choices," as much as possible. Tried sushi for the first time this week, and had 3 alcoholic drinks this week. So not the best.

    I also know that this weekend will be hard - it is a holiday weekend, and we are celebrating my sister's birthday. Trying to really budget calories so that I have some wiggle room.

    Successes/struggles this week: Was able to wear a pair of pants I couldn't fit a couple of weeks ago and had room to spare! Also, noticed my stamina has increased. Got through more than 30 minutes of cardio without stopping or feeling like I was going to pass out. I am however struggling today with my motivation. I found myself contemplating giving up on this journey. I decided to take a body shot so that I would have some point of comparison for the future. Seeing that picture really depressed me. I knew I was out of shape but I didn't realize it was this bad. It just makes my goals seem that much more unattainable.

I struggled this week with motivation to get into the gym. I had great success last week when I was working out twice a day but I just couldn't find it in myself to do more than once a day this week. I feel like my rest day threw me off.

    Successes/struggles this week: I've surpassed my goal for this challenge. Tom came this week so I struggled with my craving for chocolate and the desire to constantly eat. But I managed to control myself. Still haven't been able to get my 2 workouts per day in but I managed to lose a good amount anyway. Maybe I'll save the 2 times per day for when I hit a plateau.
