I'm 5.7' weighing 65 kgs, need to loose 10kgs. My diets are up and down. I have done fruit diet where we consume only fruits and saw a good change almost 5kgs but lost motivation and started eating again.need some motivation. I'm interested in doing yoga

Firstly, 65kg at 5'7 is well within a healthy BMI, so you won't lose weight quickly. Don't do silly diets. Set MFP to lose 0.5lbs a week and stick to that, and do some exercise. Do yoga if you want to. Strength training is good.

You could chop off a limb - that's the quickest way to lose weight, and probably as intelligent as a "diet" that restricts two out of 3 macronutrients.

Why the rush? Choose a sensible caloric deficit, eat a range of foods incorporating protein, fat and carbs and lose weight in a sustainable way.

You don't need to lose 10kg, you want to lose inches. I'm an amateur boxer and have dropped weight super quick, you don't look any better but you will get ill more quickly. I'd massively recommend buying a book like thinner leaner stronger by Mike Matthews and following the program.
